I live with my dog in both Wellington and Auckland, depending on the time of year. I love learning and can't seem to stay away from University for very long.

 

 

I like working with other people and the way that photographing people creates a form of collaboration between photographer and model, both of them bringing their own ideas, thoughts and that little piece of something special that no one else has, to each shoot. This gives each photograph a unique quality, making each photograph a true piece of art that can not be copied, as each person involved in the photograph leaves that trace of themself, that can not be replicated.

 

 

I use a range of skills, techniques and styles. By combining both studio and documentary approaches I capture both those candid moments and create classic high quality images that do not outdate. 

 

 

I spend a lot of time doing self-portraiture. The female figure is regularly my inspiration and I use photography as a way to explore and understand not only the world around me, but myself as well.
